About Me

I lost 80 pounds in 8 months!

Hi everyone! I'm Millie, and I'm here to share my weight loss journey with you. After struggling with my weight for most of my adult years, I finally decided to take control of my health in September 2019. And I lost 80 pounds in 8 months! I'm now working even harder to keep the weight off. I didn't follow a specific diet. Instead, I ate whole foods and I exercised a lot. I started this weight loss blog to share my weight loss tips, strategies, and advice. You’ll only get weight loss information that is based on research and science. If I can do it, you can do it too!
