Non-Food Rewards for Weight Loss

You don’t have to wait until you reach your ultimate goal weight to reward yourself especially if you have much weight to lose. You can break your weight loss into smaller short-term goals. For example, every X pounds lost,  X decrease in Body Mass Index (BMI), or your own reward system.

When choosing a non-food reward, it is important to select something that is meaningful and motivating to you. Choose a reward that will help to keep you on track with your healthy eating and exercise routine.

1. Fitness Tracker
